Spent the whole day with hubbs in the eastern part of Singapore on new year's eve....and had a feast at Ikea together :)

isn't it amazing....this amount of food! I had to brave through the crowd and queue while hubbs had to book the seat! haha

Lunch with J... our second time here. The food here is quite nice, but portion for some items  are really miserable. You shall see the reason in the following pics...



ordered this spinach  with salted eggs and century eggs cooked in thick gravy as a side dish....wow!!



J's 鲁肉饭.... so petit!!



fried glass noodle, and it has an interesting chinese name “蚂蚁上树”... lucky i had a heavy breakfast and was not too hungry, if not this is definitely not enough!

As the name goes, this restaurant serves mostly japanese curry dishes...but since I'm not a fan of such curry, ended up trying all the non-curry dishes instead.

Second time at this Jap spaghetti restaurant, and it was a flyer that we saw on a SBS bus that brought us here. Not a fantastic deal, but they give u free upgrade to a set for every plate os spaghetti ordered, which includes a drink, soup and salad. Good for a weekend brunch for us :)
