After checking out the construction progress of our new house...we went to this recommended zichar stall by channel 8's 《煮抄来了》to try out....

we ordered just two dishes... :)

fried sotong....yum yum!

the white beehoon....looks plain but taste great! just enough for two persons, and a little too oily for me though..

Hubby and I are durian lovers...and the durian dessert at this outlet did more than enough to satisfy our craving :)

very thick ...almost like eating a durian

Hubby says...he used to come here often during his secondary school days for this curry chicken rice...as it was one of the more affordable food in town... :)
